All songs recorded live at Jazzbones (Tacoma, WA) 08.03.2003, except track #5 and 6. Previously released, track #5 was recorded live at the Pink Door - Seattle Washington on October 23, 2001. Track #6 is a previously released studio track.

The NLZ (No-Loop-Zone) is still in effect, and my typical rules apply. There are no overdubs or loops on this CD.
